Our cook’s chefs have used a mix of slow roasted and sundried tomatoes for a real depth of flavour, added garlic, basil and finished with a dash of balsamic vinegar to produce a blissfully smooth bowl of rich tomato soup.

Our Smoked Haddock Chowder is a much loved recipe of our own much loved Sue, the lady who ensures only the best quality ingredients make it into our soups. Our cook’s use wild, North Atlantic haddock; combine its aroma and smoky flavour with a creamy chowder sauce lightly seasoned with cayenne pepper and dill to bring you this chunky fusion of flavours.

Fiery Tomato & Corn Salsa
It’s the start of summer so we are spicing things up a little! To create this flavoursome soup our chefs have taken inspiration from the recipe for a traditional salsa sauce, which was originally made in pestle & mortars by the Inca people. Juicy tomatoes, sweet red peppers & onions have been combined with chilli, lime juice & coriander and finished off with sweetcorn for a little twist on the traditional recipe.

Our cook’s have combined carrot with turnips, red split lentils, parsnip and swede to create this chunky medley of vegetable to comfort the soul. Our adaptation of a timeless delectable soup recipe. Our cook’s have combined white mushrooms with the earthier notes of wild mushrooms, a splash of white wine, cloves of garlic, sprigs of thyme, seasoned with a twist of black pepper resulting in this indulgently smooth bowl of creamy woodland flavour.
