JD’s Foods have a number of services available for you to place your orders:

1. Telephone

Call our Telesales team on 0208 884 1639.

Lines are open between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. (Please note orders need to be placed before 2pm for next day delivery)

If you prefer, you can be added to our call sheets so we can ring you on a day of your choice.

 

2. e-Mail

You may order via e-mail at sales@jdsfoodgroup.co.uk

Please state your name, account number, products you require & quantities.

A member of our team will reply to your message confirming receipt of your order.

 

3. Online ordering

You may place your order online via our website. Please register an account or login to your account to place an order.

 

4. Fax

You may fax your order to us on 0208 345 6425.

Please clearly state your name, account number, products you require & quantities.

 

5. Answer Machine

You may leave your order on our answering machine which is available after 5pm Monday to Friday.

Orders left on our answering machine will be processed for the next available delivery day.

Orders may also be left on our answering machine during the weekend.

Please Note: Messages left on the answer machine will not be available for next day delivery.
