Cocoa butter, pressed from crushed cocoa beans, and organic whole milk give our White chocolate its wonderfully smooth texture. Then, we blend in Madagascan vanilla, which adds a deeper flavour, which, we think, white chocolate rarely achieves.
Just let a single square rest on your tongue and see how many flavours you can pick out. Do you get a rich nuttiness? Roasted coffee? Savoury notes? Bitter cherry? Sweet vanilla? Our original dark chocolate may look simple but it’s anything but.
Butterscotch is a traditional type of hard toffee that’s made from very simple ingredients, mainly sugar and butter. But we use rich, thick molasses to give ours a treacly taste that punches through the chocolate beautifully.
