Katie Bakes Double Choc Chip Cookie Mix 0.5ltr
A decadent double chocolate chip cookie mix, contained in a 0.5l kilner jar, which combines cocoa, White Belgian Chocolate chunks and Dark Belgian Chocolate chunks, to make deliciously rich cookies.
Pour the contents into a mixing bow and stir well. Add 1 medium beaten egg and 85g melted butter. Beat together by hand until blended. Drop tablespoons of mixture on to a baking sheet and bake at 180oC/fan 160oC/gas 4 for 13-15 mins. Remove from oven and allow to cool on baking sheet for 1 min before transferring to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container for 3 days or freeze for 1 month.
