New Covent Carrot & Butternut Soup
Our delicious recipe is a contemporary twist on our original carrot & coriander. Our cook’s have used sweet carrots and combined with fleshy butternut squash. Ground coriander and cumin with a dash of honey provide the finishing touches to create this silky smooth, delicately spiced bowl filled with flavour.
